Ah, this turned out considerably more macabre than I had originally planned, but I still like it. (A little too much Will Graham fan art, perhaps; all he’s missing is the floral wreath on his head). But it still fits, since the memory of his mother’s death and its circumstances still haunts him frequently.
This is only my second attempt at using watercolors in the past 10 years or so, so it’s not too terrible. Shoulda’ just used my Copics, though. Ah well. Can't get any better if I don't practice, right?
